THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE AGENCY
Long before social LIVE existed, Claire was learning how to take someone's knowledge and personality and turn it into content people wanted to watch.
For more than a decade, she worked within Psychic Today and Psychic Interactive as a show host, content producer and interactive sales trainer, presenting LIVE television, developing programmes and training specialist talent to perform successfully on camera.
These programmes combined entertainment, storytelling, audience participation and commercial communication. Viewers could interact with experts on-air before accessing longer paid services.
Claire's role was to hold the audience, showcase the expert, create meaningful interaction and help turn attention into action.
Today, TikTok LIVE and Live Steam Platforms give individual creators access to many of the same broadcasting opportunities.

Alongside presenting and producing television, Claire has trained presenters and specialist talent in camera confidence, audience connection, LIVE communication and commercial presentation.
Her personal-development work has included creating content published through Mindvalley and coaching emerging talent with their on-camera presentation, including working with Jay Shetty around the time of his first viral video.
As an author, coach and trained therapist, she also understands the psychological challenges that can accompany visibility, self-expression, confidence and professional growth.
This combination of broadcasting and human behaviour informs how she develops and supports talent today.

Claire's experience extends beyond the studio into building and developing businesses around specialist knowledge.
She co-founded and developed an international online wellness platform, creating hundreds of pieces of video and audio content, educational programmes and membership classes.
Her work included programme development, customer journeys, digital products, sales funnels and client experience. The business was subsequently sold in 2024.
Claire also founded The Kambo Clinic and has developed service-based businesses, courses, coaching programmes, memberships and digital products across wellbeing and personal development.
She understands the commercial journey from developing expertise and creating content to attracting an audience, building trust and converting interest into paying clients.
It's this practical business experience that makes her approach to creator development different.

When Claire began watching TikTok LIVE, she recognised many of the same principles she had spent years working with in interactive television.
The technology had changed, but the fundamentals of compelling LIVE programming had not: strong presenters, engaging formats, meaningful interaction and a clear understanding of the audience.
What had changed was access. Individual experts could now build their own audiences and businesses without needing a traditional television channel.
Claire founded The Conscious Creator Network to bring together her experience in broadcasting, commercial communication, education and entrepreneurship, and apply it to the opportunities available to today's specialist creators.
