Managed creators may be required to enter into or accept separate agreements governing their participation in the Network, their relationship with TikTok and The Conscious Creator Network, and any applicable creator services, responsibilities or benefits.
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

INTERVIEWS AND GUEST APPEARANCES
You may have the opportunity to apply, register or book to be interviewed by Claire Anstey or appear in content produced in connection with The Conscious Creator Network.
You do not need to be a member of The Conscious Creator Network to be considered for an interview.
Submitting a request or booking does not guarantee that an interview will take place. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule or cancel an interview where reasonably necessary.
Being interviewed or appearing in Network content does not mean that you have been accepted into The Conscious Creator Network and does not create an agency, management, representation or employment relationship.
Specific arrangements concerning recording, broadcasting, editing and reuse of interview content may be communicated separately where applicable.
TIKTOK AND OTHER THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Conscious Creator Network is an independent company and operates as a partner of TikTok. We are not owned by TikTok and do not control the TikTok platform, its policies, systems or decisions.
TikTok is an evolving platform. Its Community Guidelines, LIVE policies, monetisation requirements, commercial policies, features and eligibility criteria may be updated or changed from time to time.
The Conscious Creator Network and creators working with the Network are expected to stay informed about current TikTok policies and requirements and to adapt their content and activity accordingly.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that their content, LIVE activity and conduct comply with TikTok's current rules and policies at all times while using the platform.
As part of our creator support, The Conscious Creator Network may provide creators with information, training, guidance and updates relating to TikTok policies, LIVE best practices, platform features and relevant changes. However, creators remain responsible for their own accounts, content, conduct and compliance.
Where TikTok introduces new requirements or changes existing policies, creators may be required to adjust their content, LIVE formats, commercial activity or other platform behaviour accordingly.
The same principle applies to any other third-party platform, service or technology that The Conscious Creator Network may train creators to use, recommend or advise creators to use to develop their business, audience, reach or revenue. Creators are responsible for staying informed about and complying with the current policies, terms and requirements of those third-party providers.
The Conscious Creator Network cannot guarantee:
Acceptance onto or continued eligibility for any TikTok or third-party programme
Access to particular platform features
Audience growth, views, followers or LIVE viewers
Gifts, earnings, commissions or sales
Continued monetisation
The outcome of moderation, enforcement, suspension or account decisions made by TikTok or another third-party provider
That TikTok or another third-party provider will not change its policies, features, algorithms, eligibility requirements or commercial terms
Creators should regularly review the current policies and guidance of the platforms and services they use and act promptly where changes affect their activity.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Conscious Creator Network may provide information, training, guidance and support relating to creator development, LIVE content, audience engagement, business development, monetisation and commercial opportunities.
Any examples, strategies, projections or information provided through this website or our creator support are intended as guidance.
Individual results will vary.
We do not guarantee that joining the Network, participating in training, following a particular strategy or using a recommended platform or service will result in a particular level of audience growth, income, sales, followers, engagement, bookings or commercial success.
Creators remain responsible for their own business decisions, content and results.
