Work From Home | Choose Your Own Hours | Free Training & Support | Earn Through TikTok LIVE
The Conscious Creator Network is currently talent scouting psychics, mediums and spiritual experts across the UK who would like to become TikTok LIVE creators.
You may already be creating on TikTok, have thought about giving LIVE streaming a try, or have absolutely no idea where to start. Whatever stage you're at, we can help.
This is a flexible creator opportunity that can fit around your existing work and life. You can work from home, choose your own LIVE schedule and broadcast through your own TikTok account.
Eligible creators can earn money through TikTok LIVE Gifts, while also using LIVE to grow an audience, build their authority, meet potential clients and create new opportunities around the work they already do.
And you don't need to be an influencer or have a huge following.
We're talent scouting for people with genuine expertise, personality and something valuable to share. We provide the training, development and production support to help you turn that expertise into engaging LIVE content.
This Opportunity Is Completely Free
There is no charge to join The Conscious Creator Network, and we don't take commission from your TikTok gifts or LIVE earnings.
TikTok pays The Conscious Creator Network directly to recruit, train, support and develop creators in our network, subject to TikTok's current programme terms and eligibility requirements.
That means our job is to help you become a stronger, more successful LIVE creator.
Work From Home And Build LIVE Around Your Life
One of the biggest benefits of becoming a LIVE creator is flexibility.
You don't need to commute to a studio or work conventional office hours. You broadcast from home through your own TikTok account and develop a regular LIVE schedule that works around your other commitments.
For many psychics and spiritual practitioners, this means LIVE can sit alongside private clients, readings, events, workshops, another business or employment.
You can build it around the life and career you already have.
Earn Money And Grow Your Existing Business
TikTok LIVE can create more than one opportunity.
Eligible creators can earn through TikTok LIVE Gifts, where viewers can choose to send virtual Gifts during a broadcast.
But we also want our creators to think beyond Gifts.
Your LIVE can introduce you to people who may never otherwise have discovered you. They can see your personality, experience your expertise, ask questions and begin to build trust in you.
For a psychic, medium or spiritual practitioner, that audience can potentially become followers, community members and customers for your existing readings, sessions, courses, workshops, memberships, events or other services.
We help you think about the complete journey:
Viewer → Follower → Community → Customer
With the cost of living putting pressure on many practitioners and small businesses, LIVE streaming can provide another way to reach new people without continually paying for advertising.
It can become a new form of networking, an additional income stream and a powerful way to market the business you already have.
You Bring The Expertise. We'll Help You Broadcast It.
I'm Claire Anstey, founder of The Conscious Creator Network.
I spent over 20 years working in interactive television, including presenting, producing and developing talent within the psychic and personal development world.
I've taken that experience and created a TikTok Creator Network specifically for experts working in the areas I know and understand.
We don't simply recruit you and tell you to go LIVE.
We help you develop your skills, create your LIVE format, understand your audience and continually improve what you're doing.
Create Your Own Professional LIVE Show
A successful LIVE isn't simply about switching on your phone and hoping people stay.
We can help you create a recognisable LIVE show around your personality and expertise, with different themes, features, conversations and opportunities for audience participation.
For one creator that might involve readings and audience questions. Another might focus on mediumship, spiritual teaching, tarot, astrology, demonstrations, spiritual development or conversations around consciousness.
We don't want every creator to look the same.
We help you find the format that works for you.
Become A Better LIVE Presenter
You don't need previous presenting experience.
Presenting is a skill, and it's something we can help you develop.
We'll work with you on areas such as camera confidence, communicating with an audience, handling comments and questions, storytelling, audience participation, pacing and keeping a LIVE interesting even when the room is quiet.
The aim is to help you become a confident, engaging broadcaster that people want to watch again.
Build Your Audience And Community
Going LIVE gives you an opportunity to build genuine relationships with the people watching you.
We help our creators think beyond follower numbers and start building a recognisable community around their expertise.
We'll also help you explore ways of nurturing that audience beyond an individual LIVE so that your relationship with your community isn't dependent entirely on one social media platform.
Collaborate With Other Creators
LIVE doesn't have to be something you do alone.
The Conscious Creator Network brings together experts across spirituality, wellbeing, personal development, faith and human potential.
We can connect suitable creators for collaborative LIVEs, interviews, discussions, readings, expert panels and other creative formats.
These collaborations can create more interesting shows while introducing creators to new audiences and professional connections.
Develop More Ways To Make Money From Your Expertise
As your audience develops, we can also help you explore the wider commercial opportunities around what you already know and do.
Depending on your business and expertise, that could include your existing services, courses, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, events, collaborations, TikTok Shop opportunities and other suitable income streams.
The goal isn't simply to make money while you're LIVE.
It's to help you build a valuable audience and media platform around your expertise that can support your wider career and business.
Receive Free Training And Ongoing Support
You won't be expected to work everything out by yourself.
Creators within The Conscious Creator Network receive ongoing training and development designed to help them improve their LIVE performance, understand the platform and develop their audience and business.
We'll look at what's working, what isn't and what we can improve next.
As TikTok develops, we'll continue developing with it.
Who We're Looking For
We're currently interested in hearing from UK-based psychics, mediums, tarot readers, astrologers, spiritual teachers, intuitive practitioners, Reiki and energy practitioners, meditation teachers and other experienced spiritual experts.
You don't need thousands of followers.
You don't need previous presenting experience.
And you don't need to already be earning through TikTok.
We're talent scouting for expertise and potential, not simply follower numbers.
If you're already established on TikTok, we can help you develop further.
If you're completely new to LIVE, we can help you learn.
Could You Become A TikTok LIVE Creator?
If you have genuine expertise, enjoy communicating with people and are willing to learn how LIVE works, we'd love to hear from you.
There is no cost to apply or join The Conscious Creator Network.
Tell us a little about yourself, your expertise and what you'd like to achieve through TikTok LIVE.
APPLY TO JOIN THE CONSCIOUS CREATOR NETWORK
Not on TikTok yet? That's absolutely fine. We're interested in what you could become, not simply what your account looks like today.
